Is there an option of returning the wine?

As is common with collectible art and luxury pieces, there is no return policy. When you purchase the wine on Rekolt, you become the sole owner of the wine and it is stored on your behalf in our storage facilities. The delivery of your own wine is therefore made to your personal address and cannot be returned to the original merchant, Rekolt, or to another individual. In case of damages during the delivery, the insurance coverage policy should be utilized to return the value of your wine.
